Composition : Each uncoated tablet contains :

Packing : 1 strip of 10 tablets each, such 10 strips in 1 box.

Therapeutic Category : Antiemetic and anti-nauseant

Mechanism of action :

Meclizine :

• It is a piperazine derivative
• Long acting antiemetic with anticholinergic properties.
• Antiemetic action lasts for 24 hours. Hence administration at night time prevents morning sickness and offers relief throughout the day.

Pyridoxine :

• Vitamin B6
• Relieves pregnancy induced depression
• Pyridoxine also reduces the score of nausea and is effective in Hyperemesis Gravidarum.

Dosage : Meclizine:25-50 mg 1-2 Tablets at bedtime for three months Pyridoxine:1.3-1.7mg /kg body weight in females.
