Composition : Each tablet of Menorid contains

Soy Isoflavones extract standardized to 40% 150 mg
To provide isoflavones 40%  60 mg
Daidzin and Daidzein 15%  
Genistin and Genistein 25%  
Calcium Carbonate   625 mg
equivalent to elemental Calcium   250 mg
Vitamin D3 ( as cholecalciferol)   100 mg
Magnesium   (as Oxide)   90 mg

Availability : 1 strip of 10 tablets each, such 10 strips in 1 box.

Therapeutic Category : Non hormonal estrogen substitute of plant origin (Phytoestrogens).

Mechanism of action : Isoflavones bind to estrogen receptor binding sites (ER). They have more affinity for ER beta than ER alpha sites.

Menorid helps to relieve the vasomotor and vulvo vaginal symptoms like hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, vaginal dryness, dysparunia, palpitations, urinary frequency, osteoporosis and coronary artery disease (CAD).

  • Calcium Carbonate:Prevents osteoporosis
  • Vitamin D3: Enhances the absorption of calcium.

Clinical Benefits : Menorid is ideal for managing postmenopausal symptoms and its complications, especially in those women who cannot be given conventional hormone therapy (HT), who do not tolerate conventional HT, and in those patients who are reluctant to take HT. During premenopausal period Menorid can be given as a preventive measure
