Availability :
15 ml bottle with a dropper enclosed in a carton.
Therapeutic group : LEMO P drops are decongestant, antipyretic
and antiallergic formulation.

- Phenylephrine Hydrochloride
- Decongestant
Chlorpheniramine Maleate :
- Less sedating Antihistaminic.
Paracetamol :
- Effective analgesic and antipyretic drug.

Dosage : For 1 to 4 times a day
- Up to 3 months: 4 drops
- 3 to 6 months: 10 drops
- 6 to 9 months: 12 drops
- 9 months to 1 year: 20 drops
Adverse effects : No serious adverse reactions are likely to happen
with LEMO P drops. Some patients may feel
- Sedation or Drowsiness
- Hepatotoxicity occurs on over dosage.
- Nausea, Vomiting and GI upset may occur.
