Composition : Each ml of LEMO P drops contains

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 2.5 mg
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg
Paracetamol 125 mg

Availability : 15 ml bottle with a dropper enclosed in a carton.

Therapeutic group : LEMO P drops are decongestant, antipyretic and antiallergic formulation.

Mode of action :

  • Phenylephrine Hydrochloride
  • Decongestant

Chlorpheniramine Maleate :

  • Less sedating Antihistaminic.

Paracetamol :

  • Effective analgesic and antipyretic drug.

Dosage : For 1 to 4 times a day

  • Up to 3 months: 4 drops

Adverse effects : No serious adverse reactions are likely to happen with LEMO P drops. Some patients may feel

  • Sedation or Drowsiness
  • Hepatotoxicity occurs on over dosage.
