- Carbonyl iron is highly purified metallic iron.
- Provides highest absorbable iron of 98%.
- Vitamin B12 helps maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells, and is also needed to make DNA.
- Folic acid is essential for production and maintenance of cells.
- Vitamin E protects against free radicals.
- Zinc is essential for immunity building and for normal foetal development.

Dosage :

Adverse Effects :
- No serious adverse reactions are likely to happen with IROSSGOLD capsules.
- Some patients may feel nausea, vomiting and other abdominal discomfort .
- Carbonyl Iron required adequate stomach acid for absorption. Therefore Carbonyl Iron should be taken with food and should not be used with antacid.
- Acid Pump Inhibitors (Omeprazole, Lansoprazole) may suppress the absorption of Carbonyl Iron.
